An open level class for both leaders and followers to work concepts aimed at levelling up your body awareness, control, and expression.

Serving up Lambada magic that will make your heart glow. Starting with strong Foundations and progressing onto all the fun that this dance has to offer in it cleverest and coolest Variations.

Finding Flow (8.30PM - 10.30PM)

Finding Flow is a progressive, laboratory style course that provides a toolkit for comfort, fluidity and continuity in Zouk head movements.
We will explore typical (and advanced) head movement pathways through four themes - Sensitivity, Impulse & Inertia, Figures & Forms, and Release.
Through exercises, sequences, and personalised feedback, Finding Flow is designed to train sensitivity to these concepts and help you adapt this knowledge to your own body.
