ALL LEVELS SOLO (7PM - 8:30PM)

This is an open level class for both leaders and followers to work on their solo technique with Jade. In this course we will cover exercises, movements and concepts that are aimed at leveling up your body awareness, control, and expression. Build your confidence through both nuance and dynamism with solo classes aimed at enhancing your Brazilian Zouk movements.
